Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers Simba Credits, subscriptions and add-on services purchased from AgentiqMinds LLP for the Simba platform.
1. Simba Credits (Pay-As-You-Go)
Simba’s Pay-As-You-Go usage is funded through Simba Credits, purchased as a prepaid balance from inside the app. Credits are consumed as Simba performs AI actions, makes API calls, or generates content on your behalf, at the actual underlying platform cost (with 0% markup on Meta and other official platform APIs).
- Non-transferable: credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another user, account, or organisation.
- Non-withdrawable: credits cannot be withdrawn, encashed, or converted back to money under any circumstances.
- Spendable only inside Simba: credits may only be used to pay for actions performed by the Simba platform.
- Refunds as credits only: where a refund is approved (see Section 3), the refunded value will be re-issued as Simba Credits to your account balance — never as cash, bank transfer, or chargeback to the original payment method.
- No expiry surprises: we will notify you in advance if any credit-validity rules apply to a future purchase.
2. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your Simba Managed subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside the app, or by emailing support@agentiqminds.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you continue to have access until that date.
3. Refunds
- Simba Credits: credit purchases are non-refundable to the original payment method. Where a refund is approved at our discretion (e.g. duplicate top-up, billing error, or service failure attributable to us), the value is restored as Simba Credits to your account.
- Monthly plans (Simba Managed): non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. Cancel any time to stop future renewals.
- Annual plans: a pro-rata refund of the unused months may be issued at our discretion if requested within 30 days of renewal; such refunds may, at our option, be issued as Simba Credits.
- Add-on services (e.g. dedicated human operator, day-zero setup, Starter Ecosystem onboarding components): non-refundable once work has begun. If we have not started delivery, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Pass-through charges (e.g. Meta ad spend, WhatsApp conversation fees, SMS, third-party platform fees) are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to the underlying provider at 0% markup.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@agentiqminds.com with the subject "Refund Request", your account email, the invoice number, and the reason for your request. We respond within 5 business days.
5. Approved refunds
Approved refunds for Simba Credits are restored to your in-app credit balance, typically within 2 business days. Approved refunds for subscription or add-on services (where the original payment method is eligible) are credited back within 7–14 business days. For UPI/bank transfers, please allow additional time depending on your bank.
6. Service downtime credits
If the Service experiences extended downtime caused by AgentiqMinds (excluding planned maintenance and third-party platform outages), we may, at our discretion, credit your account in the form of Simba Credits for the affected period.
